1. Wholesale trade only

All the products listed on this website are only for wholesaling, which means that they can only be ordered in large quantities.

2. About our products

– Our products are made from natural materials such as water hyacinth, seagrass, bamboo, rattan, ivory fiber, etc. Our product categories might expand over time but we will only supply eco-friendly products made from natural materials.

– Every care has been taken to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on this website, color may vary by the settings of your monitor, software, or printer. We might not guarantee that your monitor’s display of a color will accurately reflect the true color of the product upon delivery

– We do not stock products, all of our products are made-to-order (which means that the production only begins after customers confirm the orders and pay the deposit. Therefore, we could not handle small orders of fewer than 100 pcs.

3. Request for information

In order to avoid spam & fraud and also facilitate purchasing process, we might request you to provide us with some basic information right from our first interaction as below:

– Work email address
– Phone number
– Company name
– Company type (Are you a wholesaler/retailer/trading company/sourcing agent/buying agent, etc.)?

Other information related to projects (project goals, estimated order volume, timeline, etc.) will be collected at a later stage.

4. Minimums

The minimum quantity (MOQ) will be specified per product code. Normally, it will be higher than 100 pcs.

Minimum order value per item: 500 USD/item

Minimum order value in total: 3,500 USD.

5. Pricing

You can refer to the price range of listed products to have an overview of the maximum and minimum price you would have to pay for an item, should your order size is equal to or larger than our MOQ. However, there will be a slight change in the price range over time due to material, labor costs, etc. In order for us to offer an exact quotation, please drop us an inquiry with the estimated quantity of your order together with other requirements (customization, packaging, shipping, etc.)

6. Production time

Normally, our production time (lead time) is from 40 to 70 days. The specific lead time will be calculated more accurately by our consultant after you send us an inquiry as it depends on the quantity, product specifications, materials, etc.

7. Sample policy

Sample lead time: Around 10 days, in some cases it may take 20-30 for developing samples.
Sample fee = MOQ price + shipping cost
Shipping cost: It will be covered by the buyer.
Payment for sample: TT 100% in advanced
Sample shipping time: 5 – 10 days

8. Payment terms

We accept the following payment terms:
+ TT with 30 % deposit and 70 % before shipping
+ L/C at sight
+ Western Union

9. Shipping & Delivery

– Worldwide shipping: As we have exported to 20+ countries, we can deliver to every region & continent in the world.
– Shipping methods: By sea or by air. It will be calculated on the total dimensions & weights of all packages of your orders. Our consultants will find the right shipping & packaging method that helps you cut down the shipping cost.
– Delivery time:  20-40 days by sea, 5-10 days by air.

10. Warranty

We are willing to take responsibility for any defective, damaged, and broken goods within 15 days after the date of receiving the shipment.
All defective, damaged, or broken goods must be reported clearly with pictures, and video by the buyer.
We will make a refund/credit for faulty items in the next order.

How is your inquiry processed?

Step 1: Inquiry confirmation

Estimated time: Within 24 working hours from the arrival of your inquiry (except for weekends & Vietnamese holidays), we will connect and confirm your inquiry

Step 2: Requirement Queries

Estimated time: 1-2 days we will proactively contact you to query your project goals, requirements & challenges. An online meeting might be held for us to discover all your required information.

Step 3: Proposal

Estimated time: 1-3 days After we collect sufficient information, we will select the most effective solutions within your budget and update you with a detailed proposal (with quotation included).

Step 4: Sampling

Estimated time: 10-20 days Once the proposal is approved, we will start making samples to see what the actual products look like. The samples will be tested and adjusted until they meet all your requirements strictly. We can send photos and video or if you request, we will send the sample to you.

Step 5: Order confirmation

Estimated time: 1-3 days After the receiving & approval of samples, we will need you to confirm the order and pay the deposit before proceeding to mass production.

Order management process

Step 1: Mass production

Estimated time: 40 – 70 days, After the order is confirmed, we will proceed to mass production. Our QCs check and track carefully at every stage to ensure product quality & timely delivery. We will keep you updated with all information & important milestones. The specific lead time will be more accurate after you send us the complete model as its quantity, product specifications, materials, etc.

Step 2: Final testing

Estimated time: 1-3 days After the last product has been finished, our QCs will test each item we produce once again, in terms of specification, functions, and whether they resemble the approved sample (as your request). The delivery will be confirmed once we finish the testing and ensure that the finished products can meet your highest requirements.

Step 3: Packaging & Delivery

Estimated time: 6-8 days Once the delivery is confirmed, we will handle packing & delivery. Normally, the products will be packaged in a carton box and shipped by sea or by air (depending on customers’ requests).

Step 4: Reviews & feedback

Estimated time: 1 day After receiving the finished products & the project is completed, our consultant will review the project results with you to see if the solutions are efficiently implemented. Your feedback will help us do better in the future.

Return And Exchange Policies

To bring convenience and the best experience for customers, Saigon TA Artex has appropriate policies when customers need to return and exchange products domestically. Kindly refer to the detailed conditions below:

  • Applied to products purchased online (website, Facebook) and directly at the showroom, we do not support orders purchased at other locations and do not apply for products in promotions and other liquidation products.
  • Products do not match in color, design, and size according to your order or technical error by us.
  • Products must be new, intact, not torn, or cracked, and show no signs of being washed or used, and still stamp, labels, and purchase invoices.

Product exchange/return term

  • Time to exchange products: 7-10 days for customers who buy directly at the store or online from the date of receipt. If beyond the time specified above, we will not accept exchange/return products for any reason.

Refund form

  • 100% refund if Saigon TA Artex does not have another replacement product if the product must meet the conditions specified in Section 1.
  • In case the customer wants to change to another product, the customer must compensate for the higher difference and if it is lower, the difference will not be refunded.
  • In case the product is not defective but the customer still requests to return it, the customer will be charged 10% of the total bill paid + the 2nd shipping fee (according to the consultant).
  • In case customers buy online, wewill bear 100% of the shipping cost to the customer if the exchanged product meets the conditions mentioned in item 1 (conditions for product exchange/return)
  • Note: Customers should take photos or videos when receiving/opening packages of goods, which will help customers as evidence if there are problems in the exchange/return request.
